Partial disruption affecting dedicated telephony VPNs
Voxbi Cloud PBXWe are currently experiencing an incident affecting some of the dedicated VPNs used for our telephony system. Not all VPNs are impacted, and our VPN routers remain fully operational. Voxbi Web and Mobile are not affected. Our teams are actively investigating the root cause and identifying the affected VPN connections. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Today around midnight, we will perform a controlled reboot of our VPN routers as a precautionary measure following the earlier incident. The routers will be rebooted sequentially, with each router only restarted once the previous one is fully operational again. This staggered approach is intended to minimize any potential service impact.

Since 10:00 AM, the situation has been stabilized and all dedicated VPNs for our telephony system have been operating normally again. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure services remain stable. Further updates will be shared if necessary.
